Yoga – In the Village Hall

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years.  I am a qualified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and also a Registered Nurse.  I am passionate about the therapeutic benefits yoga can bring.

There is a Yoga Class every Thursday at 7pm and a Chair Yoga Class every Wednesday at 10.30am, both in the Village Hall. The classes will be tailored to those who attend and so are suitable for beginners as well as those more proficient.

I also offer 1:1 sessions for anyone who would like something more specific to their needs at a venue of choice or even a live on-line session.

Abby Overs Personal Training

Abby Overs Personal Training

From a young age I’ve always had an interest in Sports, Fitness and Dance. I am here to inspire and bring out the best version of you. We all face challenges to overcome in our lives, which I have experienced first-hand. This has made me a stronger individual and one of the main reasons I became a Personal Trainer. I understand making a change can be daunting but together we can boost your confidence and discover motivational exercises to suit you and make being active fun.

My motto has always been ‘Dream. Believe. Achieve.’ anything is possible when you put your mind to it.

I offer 1-2-1 and group PT and also have an Exercise To Music Class every Tuesday 7pm to 8pm in the village hall.
